At The Hidden Treasure Collection, we believe that education can be both enriching and enjoyable. Our educational book & game collection is designed to make learning fun for the whole family. Hi my name is Latonya Coleman, founder and owner of "The Hidden Treasure Collection" compassionate head start educator that believes in the learning through play approach, a stress-free zone. I decided to take my experience as being a former head start educator, resources, and my books and games as learning tools for better results.

Play is an important part of a child's learning and growth process physically and emotionally. Story time will allow children to focus, learn new words and enhance their vocabulary, and stimulus their minds by using their imagination. Play allows children to be themselves without the stress or pressure of being right or wrong.

Children retain information better if they are experiencing happyiness, excitement, accomplishments, finding something that's sparks there interest, or just simply having fun.
